Over the last years I have taken on advisory roles for various sized companies (25 FTE to multinationals).
I am a positive person: To me, change is most often a positive thing. I like thinking in abstract concepts, am enthusiastic and assertive. This allows me to stay calm, focused, positive and productive, even when the pressure gets high I tend to stay calm. Eager to find out ways to do things better. I like to listen to people, find out what drives them and how I can help them.
